Postage Cost

Postage costs..........!

You are all to familiar being offered fee post. This is only and can only be because the cost of posting is already built into the cost of the item you want to purchase. We have to charge for posting as our goods are already so so competitively priced.

On a more positive note as soon as Parcel Force, Royal Mail, UPS, City Link and DHL don't invoice us at the end of each month we will of course pass these savings onto you. Please don't hold your breath on this promise.

Q. I am very nervous about buying on the internet but would really like to buy several items from you. How can I purchase them and either have them sent to me, or if possible I would prefer to collect them, as I am passing by in the next few day or live locally?

A. Of course, and that's no problem for as us we fully understand your concerns and if it makes you feel better your not the only one. Very easy, if you simply purchase the items you want and select as a payment method at checkout simply select ''Cheque / Money Order'' the items you have chosen will be reserved for you and no card details or financial details will be required. Just leave us a note in the instructions box as to when you would like to pick up your goods or like a member of sales staff to contact you for payment over the phone. All pick-ups have to be either pre-paid (bank transfer, cheque(cleared) postal order or chaps payment) or cash on collection at the warehouse. If the item(s) you purchased have not been collect or paid for, within 7 days of purchase they will be returned to stock and you order will have to be cancelled.

Q. How much are the items I want are going to cost me to post?

A. To see how much the items you want to purchase are going to cost to you send it is best to log into your account. Once logged in our postage calculator will show you how much more weight you can add to your shopping basket for no additional postage cost. If you are logged into your account our postage calculator looks at your address post code and calculates from that, how much it postage will cost. If your not logged in the the calculator will assume your in Zone 1 and give you the costs of posting there.

Q. Can I save on the cost of postage and pick up the goods I have ordered as I live locally or will be passing by in the next few days?

A. Of course you can but only if you have purchased the goods on-line so that we know and can have the goods ready for you to collect. Goods to be collect cannot be paid for on-line and have to be paid for at the warehouse in cash at time of collection.

Q. I have an order for a lot of items in my shopping cart but your postage calculator does not give me a quote?

A. This will either because the weight or the volume have gone over the limit for normal couriers. If you leave these items in your basket and contact us we will give a quote for a pallet service to your post code.
